<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase correction circuit capable of correcting the phase of an internal horizontal synchronization signal in a short period when the input state of an external horizontal synchronization signal varies. <P>SOLUTION: A phase correction circuit of this embodiment comprises: an input state variation detection unit 1 which detects variation in the input state of an external horizontal synchronization signal HS; and a count value setting unit 2 which sets a desired value to a synchronization counter 101 when the input state variation detection unit 1 detects the variation in the input state of the external horizontal synchronization signal HS. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
