<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic balance type current sensor which is small, light-weight, highly accurate as well, and can suppress power consumption even in large current measurement. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic balance type current sensor is equipped with: a magnetic sensor 4 whose characteristics change by an induction magnetic field from current to be measured which is passed through a bus bar 1; a feedback coil 5 which is arranged near the magnetic sensor 4 to generate a cancellation magnetic field for canceling the induction magnetic field; and a magnetic flux attenuator 2 which is arranged between a conductor 1 and the magnetic sensor 4 and the feedback coil 5 to attenuate the induction magnetic field, in which the magnetic flux attenuator 2 is constituted by encapsulating a magnetic fluid in a hollow container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
