<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information adequately which a user who is a browsing person is assumed to be interested in, and to provide an information browsing terminal device and a browsing program which can increase the browsing frequency of the information which is provide as above. <P>SOLUTION: A portable communication terminal device 300 extracts the feature amount of each extraction keyword contained in components in an image display area DA, and also calculates a weighting coefficient based on the display character size, the number of the character decorations, or the position in a display range SA of the extraction keyword. And the portable communication terminal device 300 corrects the feature amount of each extraction keyword based on the calculated weighting coefficient and also calculates the similarity between a content C contained in the display range SA and each piece of related information, based on the corrected feature amount.
