<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a position between two components easily while maintaining high repeatability of positioning. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of first reference holes 7a to 7d composed of a pair of first holes 11 arranged along an Y axis direction are formed at each fitting position G of a base part 2 as a first arrangement. A plurality of first positioning holes 23a to 23d that correspond to each first reference hole 7a to 7d on a one to one basis are composed of a pair of second holes 24. The plurality of first positioning holes 23a to 23d are formed in a first plate body 21 of each first connection member 5 in a second arrangement in which under a state where the first positioning hole 23a is made to aligned with the first reference hole 7a, the other first positioning holes 23b to 23d are separated from the corresponding first reference holes 7b to 7d by a first unit length in an X-axis direction.
