<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory for legs, with which the legs of women can be decorated in accordance with the fashion of various articles of footwear, garments and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The accessory 1 for legs includes an ornamental part 2 and a cylindrical part 3. The ornamental part 2 is composed of a freely flexible soft material and is tube-shaped so that the leg F of a human body can be inserted. The cylindrical part 3 is composed of a freely expandable/contractible soft material. The ornamental part 2 is attached to the upper inside of the cylindrical part 3 in a manner freely foldable outward from the boundary section A with the cylindrical part 3. With the ornamental part 2 folded outward from the boundary section A with the cylindrical part 3, an ornamental exterior 2a is exposed to the outside. For example, when a boot 4 is worn, it gives an onlooker an impression that the upper end of the boot 4 is ornamented with the ornamental part 2.
