<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete spray machine capable of preventing the deformation of an impeller head by preventing large loads from directly working on the impeller head. <P>SOLUTION: For a concrete spray machine, an impeller head 6 for hitting and projecting concrete 7 by an impeller 17 rotated at a high speed is provided on the distal end part of a robot arm 3 and the concrete 7 is forcibly supplied to the impeller head 6 through concrete piping (a material hose 5, a Y-shaped pipe 16 and a concrete supply pipe 13).
