<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage output circuit which can minimize a ground fault current after a ground fault is detected and before an output transistor is turned off. <P>SOLUTION: In a voltage output circuit 10, a first conductivity type first insulated gate field effect transistor 13 is connected between a voltage input terminal 11 and a voltage output terminal 12. Gate electrode of the first insulated gate field effect transistor 13 is connected to a first node N1. In response to an input signal supplied to an input node Nin, a drive circuit 17 outputs a control signal for controlling conduction of the first insulated gate field effect transistor 13 to the first node N1. Current limit means 22 is connected between the voltage input terminal 11 and the voltage output terminal 12. The current limit means 22 controls the potential Vn1 of the first node N1 to reduce a current Idr flowing through the first insulated gate field effect transistor 13 when the potential difference ΔV between the voltage input terminal 11 and the voltage output terminal 12 is larger than a reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
