<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that sufficiently prevents noise from entering from a digital circuit to an analog circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device, a digital circuit region 13 forming a digital circuit is separated from an analog circuit region 12 forming an analog circuit. The analog circuit region is divided into an active element region 12a forming an active element of the analog circuit, and passive element regions 12b and 12c forming an passive element of the analog circuit. The passive element regions 12b and 12c are disposed in a region adjacent to the digital circuit region 13, and the active element region 12a is disposed in a region apart from the digital circuit region 13. A first well 21 of a first conductivity type different from a conductivity type of a semiconductor substrate is formed on a semiconductor substrate 20 in the passive element regions 12b and 12c, and a second well 22 of a second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type of the first well is formed within the first well 21.
