<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig used for forming a flexible circuit board and a method for forming the flexible circuit board using the jig capable of reliably forming the flexible circuit board and improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A jig 1 used for forming a flexible circuit board includes a first formation block 10 and a second formation block 20. The first formation block 10 and the second formation block 20 have metal plates 13, 23 and supporting members 11, 21 for supporting the metal plates 13, 23 while forming spaces between the supporting members 11, 21 and the metal plates 13, 23, respectively.
