<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for immersing a thin plate. <P>SOLUTION: The device and the method for immersing a thin plate has a following constitution. An immersing bath with a width of 1-2 cm is provided, and a bell shaped opening expanding toward the above the immersing bath is formed. A liquid with a strong flow is injected to the immersing bath from above the both slanting sides facing to each other, while a liquid with a weak flow is injected from both sides facing to each other at the upper side of the immersing bath. A discharging mechanism is provided to the immersing bath, and when the thin plate is introduced from the above to the bottom, the liquid in the immersing bath is discharged from the immersing bath. The liquid with the strong flow and the liquid with the weak flow both flow out at the same time, and then the thin plate advances into the immersing bath properly in the state that the plate is supported by the liquids. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
