<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one pot rice cooker apparatus in which the resumption of operation is performed smoothly at the time of power return from power failure, and for which excessive equipment or excessive labor are not made to be needed, and to provide a rice cooking system having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The one pot rice cooker apparatus includes: two or more rice cookers; a travel truck which travels along the two or more rice cookers; and a controller, wherein the controller includes: a unit to control a heater which stops count of elapse time from cooking rice starting by a timekeeping unit when a power failure signal is received, then resumes the count of the timekeeping unit when a power return signal is received, thereby to carry out the resumption of continuation of the rice cooking sequence which remains from the point of being interrupted by power failure, about the rice cookers which have been in the middle of cooking rice at the time of power failure; and an operation resumption means which resumes the operation of the travel truck from the operation interrupted by power failure when a power return signal is received after receiving a power failure signal.
