The device (10) has a cutting blade (11) and a stop unit (13) together immovably fixed to a guide unit (12) during a cutting operation, where cutting depth of the cutting blade is adjustable. The cutting blade comprises a cutting edge arranged on the guide unit, and the cutting edge has inclination of about 30 degree with respect to a bearing surface of the guide unit. A longitudinal direction (16) of the guide unit is perpendicularly aligned to a longitudinal direction (21) of the stop unit. The guide unit includes guiding grooves (14) to guide the stop unit.
