PURPOSE: A prefabricated wide ceiling panel, a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an exterior because the increase of the thickness of the ceiling panel is not required. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated wide ceiling panel comprises a left joint(30) and a right joint(40). The left joint has a front protrusion(3), a second protrusion(4), a flat part, and a top plane. The front protrusion has a front curved part(13). The second protrusion is extended from the front protrusion. The flat part is extended from the front curved part. The top plane is extended from the flat part and is located at a higher position than the flat part. The right joint has a right protrusion(25) and a lower protrusion. The right protrusion has a right front curved part. The lower protrusion is located at a lower position than the right protrusion. |
