PURPOSE: A rubber composition for tire tread is provided to improve electrical conductivity maintaining reinforced physical properties moderately, and to satisfy low fuel efficiency moderately. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition for tire tread comprises silica including 3-10 weight% of anhydrous sodium sulfate. The amount of the silica containing anhydrous sodium sulfate is 100 parts by weight. The nitrogen absorbing specific surface of the silica containing anhydrous sodium sulfate is 140-200 m^2/g. The rubber composition for tire tread additionally comprises 35-85 parts by weight of a filler, 50-90 parts by weight of a styrene butadiene rubber, and 10-50 parts by weight of a butadiene rubber. |
