PURPOSE: A touch type music instrument is provided to improve culture accessibility for disabled by synchronizing sound, light, and images through a video system and a sound system. CONSTITUTION: A sync light emitting device(140) of a band unit(100) emits light according to external stimulation by enabling a user to touch a pressure sensor(130) and a limit switch unit(120) at the same time. A first control module changes sound source information into a sound signal, a media signal, and a light emitting signal at the same time. A sound system transmits and receives the sound signal of the first control module with a sound reception apparatus through a sound transmission apparatus. A video system transmits and receives the media signal of the first control module with a media reception apparatus through a media transmission apparatus.
