PURPOSE: A database replication method by network packet analysis and a system thereof are provided to acquire a packet from a user to the original database by snipping, thereby accurately constructing a replicated database. CONSTITUTION: A first operation server(110) operates the original database(111). A second operation server(130) operates a replicated database(131). A synchronization server(120) extracts an SQL transmitted to the original database out of the network stream transmitted from a client to the first operation server. The synchronization server synchronizes the original database to the replicated database by transmitting the SQL to the second operation server. The synchronization server comprises a snipping module, an SQL extracting module, an SQL selecting module and an SQL transmitting module.
