PURPOSE: A photoelectric device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve photoelectric transformation efficiency by refracting or irregularly reflecting light which is entered in a photoelectric layer through a first electrode including an uneven upper surface. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) formed into materials having transparency is prepared. An unevenness layer(120) including an upper surface which is patterned as an uneven shape. A first electrode(130) including the upper surface which is patterned as the uneven shape. A photoelectric layer(140) including a plurality of semiconductor layers is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(150) formed into conductive materials is formed on the photoelectric layer.
