<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device or the like capable of reducing the costs of the switching device. <P>SOLUTION: In a switching device 1 including an opening/closing configuration part 1A provided with an opening/closing body (shutter curtain 4) for opening and closing an opening 13 and a control board 1B for controlling the opening/closing of the opening/closing body of the opening/closing configuration part 1A, the control board 1B is configured to be attachable and detachable to/from the opening/closing configuration part 1A.
