<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic excrement treatment apparatus that improves adhesion of a diaper part when a user wears it so as to prevent a leakage of excrement to the outside, and a nursing-care diaper part used in the same. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic excrement treatment apparatus and the nursing-care diaper part used in the same are configured as follows. A cushion material made of a soft foamable synthetic resin having an apparent density of 30 kg/m<SP POS="POST">3</SP>or below (based on JIS K7222), a hardness (40%) of 200 N or below (based on JIS K6400-2), an elongation of 150% or below (based on JIS K6400-5), and a compressive residual strain (75%) of 15% or below (based on JIS K6400-4), is stuck to an outer member made of a rubber-based material.
