<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device capable of precisely mounting a TCP on a liquid crystal panel. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting device comprises a backup tool 17 having a heater 42 and supporting a lower surface of a side portion of a substrate by an upper surface, and a pressurizing tool 15 mounting one end portion of a TCP 6 connected to the upper surface of the side portion of the substrate supported by the backup tool on the lower surface by pressurizing/heating. The backup tool comprises a body member 41, a supporting member 44 provided so as to insulate from the main body and supporting the lower surface of the side portion to which one end portion of the TCP of the liquid crystal panel is connected by an anisotropic conductive member 5, and a heat transmitting portion 43 provided on the body member so as to oppose to a lower surface of the other end portion projected outward from the side portion of the liquid crystal panel of the TCP and heating the TCP before one end portion of the TCP is pressurized/heated by the pressurizing tool and the anisotropic conductive member is solved and cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
