<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately output data by an output printer which does not have a corresponding cut-sheet feed tray or cut-sheet recording carrier so as to output document data sectioned by pages by providing tray instruction data associated with the cut-sheet feed tray. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: generating macro data set including an instruction group of a page description language and preprint image data; generating correspondence relation data on tray instruction data and the macro data set; sending a print file as a legacy data stream to a controller; merging the document data and preprint image data in accurate pages based upon the tray instruction data and the correspondence relation data, and performing raster conversion; and printing the document data and the preprint image data on an output recording carrier by the output printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
