SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS EMPLOYING THE SAME, AND SHEET POST-PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device capable of strengthening a crease without causing rolling at an end of a sheet bundle.

SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device includes: a center folding unit for folding a center section of the sheet bundle and for forming the crease; a placing table for placing the sheet bundle transported from the center folding unit; and a roller unit, which has a fold reinforcing roller, for strengthening the crease by moving the fold reinforcing roller in the direction of the crease while being pressed against the crease. In the placing table, a grooved edge relief is formed along the edge of the sheet bundle.
