<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation improvement analysis system capable of swiftly detecting a problem by recognizing operation conditions in a man-hand production line of a small lot multi-product production system. <P>SOLUTION: A work process history data detection section 4 detects the input and output of each work into/out of a working area in each process constituting a production line. A worker position data detecting section 2 detects each worker entering into and going out of the working area in each process. An equipment operation data detection section 6 detects operation start, operation stop and trouble occurrence and recovery of equipment constituting the production line, and stores the detection results in a storage. A production state plotting section 8 reads the data from the storage, plots a running chart, with its vertical axis showing the processes and its horizontal axis showing time, in which a work and worker position with respect to the process and time are visualized, and displays the same on a display 9 to facilitate determination of an error. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
