METHOD OF MANUFACTURING TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrode in which device performance does not deteriorate easily by preservation.

SOLUTION: A first conductive layer consisting of metal particles is formed in pattern shape on a transparent film substrate, and is coated with a second conductive layer containing a conductive polymer and a hydrophilic nonconductive polymer to manufacture a transparent electrode. The second conductive layer is applied after the first conductive layer is formed and brought into contact with a solution containing a surfactant or a chelate agent.
