<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal network control device capable of easily detecting an abnormality of a solar power supply that uses a capacitor which accumulates electric power acquired with a solar battery, and capable of knowing the abnormality of the solar power supply that has been detected from a center side. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal network control device includes a terminal network control body 10, and a solar power supply 20 which supplies electric power to the terminal network control body 10 by using a large capacity capacitor 22 which accumulates electric power acquired with a solar battery panel 30. The terminal network control body 10 includes a voltage detecting part 11a which detects a voltage of the large capacity capacitor 22 of the solar power supply 20, an abnormality determination part 11b which determines that the solar power supply 20 has an abnormality when the voltage of the large capacity capacitor 22 that is detected by the voltage detecting part 11a satisfies the predetermined condition, during a standby period which does not include a period for remote reading of a meter, and a reporting part 11c which reports the fact that the abnormality determination part 11b has determined that the solar power supply has an abnormality to a device on the center side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
