<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal use of electric power by illegally switching the operation state of a watt-hour meter. <P>SOLUTION: In a switching device 130, a power supply and a load are electrically shielded when a switch shield instruction is received. An integrated value of a watt-hour meter at the time of shielding is acquired. Shield completion information containing the acquired integrated value and discrimination information of the watt-hour meter is transmitted to a power distribution managing/supporting device 110. Upon receiving a switch connection instruction, the integrated value of the watt-hour meter at the time of receiving the switch connection instruction is acquired. A connection approval request containing the acquired integrated value and the discrimination information of the watt-hour meter is transmitted to the power distribution managing/supporting device 110. Upon receiving connection approval information that has been transmitted from the power distribution managing/supporting device 110 according to the transmitted connection approval request, the power supply and the load are electrically connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
