摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance change measuring device that is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the optical axis before measuring a distance change. <P>SOLUTION: A distance change measuring device measures a change in the distance between a transmission system and a reception system using a laser beam. The transmission system includes a modulation signal generator 1d that generates a modulation signal which serves as a criterion; light transmitters 1a to 1c that emit a laser beam based on the modulation signal; and beam direction changing means 3 and 4 that change the directions of the laser beams from the light transmitters. The reception system includes optical receivers 9a to 9c that obtain reception signals by receiving laser beams from the transmission system; a phase detector 9d that determines the intensity and phase of the reception signal by detecting the phase thereof; optical reception visual field changing means 11 and 12 that change an optical reception visual field of the optical receiver for the laser beam; and optical alignment adjusting means 14 and 6 that adjust the optical reception visual field by controlling the optical reception visual field changing means 11 and 12, or the beam direction by controlling the beam direction changing means 3 and 4 of the transmission system through a communication function so that the intensity of the reception signal determined by the phase detector equals or exceeds a predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
