<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for implementing appropriate controls over case by case, where an opening/closing body in closing motion fully closes or it comes into contact with an obstacle. <P>SOLUTION: In the opening/closing device, under a condition that a fully-closed-position proximity sensor part inputs a detection signal during a closing operation of an opening/closing body 10, counting of a prescribed time or distance is started by closing operation count means, and then, when a detection signal from a back plate sensor part is obtained and the closing operation count means have not completed counting, a first control is implemented on the assumption that a closing direction end part of the opening/closing body 10 has been in contact with an obstacle; when the detection signal from the back plate is obtained and the closing operation count means have completed counting, a second control, which is different from the first control, is implemented on the assumption that the opening/closing body 10 has substantially come to full closing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
