<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrogalvanized steel sheet capable of reducing manufacturing cost by using a plating bath in which high electric conductivity is reconciled with low kinematic viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: A plating bath is used, which contains Zn as much as 100-280 g/L in terms of ZnSO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>-7H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O and sulfuric acid as much as 60-140 g/L in terms of H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>SO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, and has ≥20 S/m electric conductivity, ≤1.0 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s kinematic viscosity and ≥50°C bath temperature. Then, electrogalvanizing treatment is performed by using a steel sheet as a cathode, to thereby form an electrogalvanized layer as much as 5-30 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>per surface on the steel sheet surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
