<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a lens barrel and an optical lens with high accuracy and to easily mold an optical lens with high accuracy by using a molding die. <P>SOLUTION: A plastic lens 1 is formed by filling a cavity with a resin, the cavity enclosed by a fixed die 21, a movable die 22, and nests 23, 24 which are detachably assembled to the fixed die 21 and the movable die 22. A lens portion 2 and conical faces 4, 5 of the plastic lens 1 are molded by the nests 23, 24, and a cylindrical portion 3 of the plastic lens 1 is molded by the fixed die 21 and the movable die 22. Thereby, molding accuracy is increased so as to mold the conical faces 4, 5 and the lens portion 2 to be coaxial to one another without deviation in a radial direction. When the plastic lens 1 is assembled in a lens barrel, the lens barrel and the plastic lens 1 can be accurately and coaxially positioned by fitting the conical face 4 of the plastic lens 1 to a contact face of the lens barrel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
