<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring characteristics of a measurement object in which measurement accuracy is improved and lower cost is achieved. <P>SOLUTION: A reference signal such as a PSK signal output from a reference signal generator 2 is passed through a roll-off filter and then distributed by a distributor, so that the same signal is supplied to an SAW sensor 3 and a detector 4. The detector 4 produces auto-correlation of the reference signal fr and a measurement signal fe passed through the SAW sensor 3, removes an unnecessary directly delivered signal and the like, and extracts a main response signal to output it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
