<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust valve having a large vacuum breaking ability, and capable of quickly breaking vacuum. <P>SOLUTION: The valve chamber 3 in which a flowing-in opening 4 is opened in the lower part and a flowing-out opening 5 is opened in the upper part is formed in the casing comprising a body 1 and a lid 2. The valve seat 6 is formed between the valve chamber 3 and the flowing-out opening 5. The float receiver 10 in between which and the valve chamber 3 inner wall the flowing channel is arranged, which has a bottomed generally cylindrical shape, and which has a through-hole 11 in the bottom wall is arranged in the valve chamber 3. The float 12 is arranged in the float receiver 10 in a free condition. A sidewall 10a of the float receiver 10 and the bottom wall 10b are separately formed, the sidewall 10a is fixed in the valve chamber 3, and the bottom wall 10b is arranged while being biased upward by the coil spring 13 as the elastic member.
