<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device which is hardly affected by temperature change so that operation of a braking release operation part is stably controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The opening/closing device comprises an opening/closing body 10 capable of closing motion, a braking part 32b for braking the closing motion of the opening/closing body 10 and releasing the braking by operating a braking operation part 32b4, an automatic closing unit 33 for operating to release the braking operation part 32b4 by a braking release operation part 33f driven by an electric motor 33a, and a load detection part 33g for detecting a load value of the electric motor 33a. The electric motor 33a is stopped when a fluctuation range of the load value detected by the load detection part 33g exceeds a prescribed threshold range H during the release operation of the braking release operation part 33f by driving of the electric motor 33a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
