[Solution] The polylactic acid resin sheet: contains a layer comprising a composition (D) containing polylactic acid (A), an ionic surfactant (B), and a non-ionic surfactant (C); and is characterized in that the content of the polylactic acid (A) in the composition (D), which has a 100 mass %, is 50 mass % to 99.5 mass %, and the mass ratio of the ionic surfactant (B) and the non-ionic surfactant (C) is 2 = (B)/(C) = 20.
