The aid (1) has a molded body (2) comprising a base surface (5) for supporting the body on a subsurface e.g. mat and crawling ceiling. A parallel supporting surface (4) runs at a distance of 5-20 cm from the base surface, and an inclined surface (3) runs between longitudinal edges (8, 9) of the respective base and supporting surfaces. The base surface and inclined surface run under an angle of 15 to 50 degrees to each other, and the inclined surface has depth of 10 to 25 cm. The supporting surface has depth of 5 cm, where width of the supporting and inclined surfaces amounts to 20-60 cm.
