The method involves removing mechanically or chemically an old paint present on a material surface by paint removing process. An abrasive-and abrasion resistant adhesive tape is applied to a prepared surface in a form of patterns, ornaments or arbitrary geometrical figures, and grinding areas are defined. An adhesive tape and adhesive tape residues are removed by a solvent, and grease or dust on the material surface is cleaned. A top coating is applied in multiple layers, and a sealing of the top coating is carried out by clear lacquer that is applied in the layers.
