PURPOSE: A ship having a function, for preventing the plundering of pirate is provided to prevent the plundering of pirate by affecting and separating a hook which is hanged on an extended part of a ship using a cart which moves following a guide part. CONSTITUTION: A ship having a function, for preventing the plundering of pirate comprises a hull(110), a guide unit(130), a cart(150), and a transferring device. The hull comprises an extension part upward expanded at an upper edge of the upper deck. The guide unit is integrally installed in the extension part and is expanded in a longitudinal direction of a hull. The cart moves along the guide unit. The transferring device offers the transfer power to the cart.
