<p>A rubber frame for a liquid crystal display, a manufacturing method thereof and a liquid crystal display are provided. The rubber frame is an integral rubber frame (20), which comprises a bottom supporting surface (21) and two opposing side frames (23) provided on the bottom supporting surface (21), and a step (24, 25) is respectively provided on the inner side walls of the side frames (23). The steps (24, 25) respectively have a first plane (24a) parallel to the bottom supporting surface (21), and further respectively have a second plane (24b) vertical to the bottom supporting surface (21), wherein the height of the second plane (24b) is equal to or more than the thickness of film sheets (30). The specially designed integral rubber frame (20) is used for mounting the film sheets (30) and the panel (40). The film sheets (30), the panel (40) and the integral rubber frame (20) are integrally mounted, because the integral rubber frame (20) comprises the side frames (23) with the steps (24, 25). When the light source is replaced, the film sheets (30) and the panel (40) can be detached together with the integral rubber frame (20), so the assembly and disassembly of the film sheets (30) is convenient and quick without being polluted during the assembling and disassembling process. Furthermore, the fixation of the film sheets (30) is more convenient because of the embedded clamping effect of the integral rubber frame (20).</p> |
