PURPOSE: An E-commercial transaction system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to purchase a product at discounted price by joining a betting game. CONSTITUTION: A betting game information management unit(10) stores and manages betting game information. A betting game registration unit(20) differentially calculates betting price. A betting game result determination unit(30) extracts users who join the betting game. The betting game result determination unit determines the success of betting by comparing the final result of the betting game with a prediction result.
