PURPOSE: A coloring agent dispersing composition for the photo-sensitive resin composition of an electric paper reflector, the photo-sensitive resin composition of the electric paper reflector including the same, and the electric paper reflector and electric paper manufactured by the same are provided to improve the ultraviolet ray blocking characteristic of the reflector and to improve the dispersibility and the dispersion stability of the reflector. CONSTITUTION: A coloring agent dispersing composition for the photo-sensitive resin composition of an electric paper reflector includes a coloring agent containing titanium dioxide, a dispersing agent, and a solvent. The titanium dioxide contains first titanium dioxide particles with 100-400nm of particle diameters. The titanium dioxide contains second titanium dioxide particles with 10-100nm of particle diameters. The photo-sensitive resin composition includes the coloring agent dispersing composition.
