<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of further precisely controlling a plate thickness of a resin-based composite material. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a resin-based composite material includes processes of: laminating prepregs 30 each formed of a fiber-reinforced resin on a tool 20 having a predetermined shape up to a predetermined thickness; covering the laminated prepregs 30 and the tool 20 with a packing material 35 and forming a first semi-molded product 40a and a second semi-molded product 40b by performing a heating treatment while pressurizing the packing material 35; measuring plate thicknesses of the first semi-molded product 40a and the second semi-molded product 40b; determining the number of additional plies 42 on the basis of the measured plate thicknesses, a desired plate thickness of the resin-based composite material, and the properties of the additional plies 42; and forming a laminate 43 formed by laminating a predetermined number of additional plies 42 between the first semi-molded product 40a and the second semi-molded product 40b installed on tools 41a, 41b having predetermined shapes, covering the laminate 43 and the tools 41a, 41b, 44 with a packing material 47, and performing heating treatment while pressurizing the packing material 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
