<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which is capable of suppressing decrease in power collection efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module comprises: a first solar cell and a second solar cell which are arranged along a first direction; and a wiring material which electrically connects the first solar cell and the second solar cell in series. Each of the first solar cell and the second solar cell comprises: a photoelectric conversion unit having a light receiving surface and a back surface; a plurality of p-side thin wire electrodes which collects holes generated in the photoelectric conversion unit; a plurality of n-side thin wire electrodes which collects electrons; a p-side connection electrode which is formed on the back surface and to which the plurality of p-side thin wire electrodes are electrically connected; and an n-side connection electrode which is formed on the back surface and to which the plurality of n-side thin wire electrodes are electrically connected. The wiring material extends along the second direction which is roughly perpendicular to the first direction, and is connected to an n-side electrode of the first solar cell at a first connection point, and is connected to a p-side electrode of the second solar cell at a second connection point.
