<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of maintaining an effect of a catalyst for desmoking and deodorizing for a long time after lowering the temperature of exhaust heat to be exhausted from an exhaust opening and completing heating. <P>SOLUTION: In the heating cooker including a cooking chamber 8, a cooking grid 14 for placing a cooking object 15, an upper heating element 9 located above the cooking grid 14, a lower heating element 10 located below the cooking grid 14, an exhaust path 17 for communicating between an exhaust outlet opening 8a provided on the cooking chamber 8 and outside air, air cleaning catalyst 16 provided on the exhaust outlet opening 8a, a catalyst heater 20 which is usually energized during heating the cooking object 15 and heats the air cleaning catalyst 16, and an exhaust fan 18 provided on the exhaust path 17, a base material used for the air cleaning catalyst 16 employs a formed member in which wire mesh is folded, the wire mesh being heavier than a foam metal plate per unit volume. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
