<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrophotometer with which the measurement can be performed with high sensitivity while preventing the decrease of light amount without using any component of high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A spectrophotometer according to the present invention has a light source for generating incident light for a sample, a sample cell for containing the sample, a sample cell fixation position adjustment device which can adjust the position on which a sample cell is fixed, a light collecting mirror for making light from the light source enter the sample contained in the sample cell, a spectrometer for making spectroscopy of transmission light passing through the sample, and a detector for detecting the transmission light subject to the spectroscopy by the spectrometer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
