PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the aqueous dispersion of antibacterial and deodorant inorganic oxide fine particles excellent in redispersibility after freezing and thawing.

SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion of antibacterial and deodorant inorganic oxide fine particles is an aqueous dispersion containing antibacterial and deodorant inorganic oxide fine particles having an average particle size of 1-500 nm obtained by supporting a metal component having antibacterial and deodorizing performance on inorganic oxide fine particles, and an alcohol. Content of the alcohol is in a range of 4.4×10-6to 1.32×10-3mol/m2per unit surface area of the antibacterial and deodorant inorganic oxide fine particles.
