<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper storage device that prevents paper loaded on a paper tray from falling down when drawing the tray, and to provide a paper folding device with the paper storage device. <P>SOLUTION: The paper storage device is provided movably between a storage position stored inside the device and a drawing position drawn outside the device, and includes the paper tray for loading the folded papers and a lifting unit for lifting up and down the paper tray in the device body.
