Disclosed is a mobile communication method that enables eNB information from an eNB (20), which has been newly installed or in which the settings have changed, to be easily acquired. The mobile communication method is a method in which an E-SMLC (40), which is provided with a storage unit that stores the eNB information that represents the settings for the eNB information, carries out positioning processing for user terminals that are being served in a cell formed by the eNB (20) on the basis of the eNB information stored in the storage unit. The mobile communication method comprises: a step in which the E-SMLC (40) acquires eNB information transmitted from the eNB (20), which has been newly installed or in which the settings have changed; and a step in which the E-SMLC (40) updates wireless base station information stored in the storage unit so as to reflect the acquired eNB information.
