PURPOSE: A carbon nano-tube assembly and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve resistance at the contact surface of a carbon nano-tube film by inducing bonds between carbon nano-tube chains based on alkane dithiol. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano-tube assembly is obtained by chemically bonding the synthesized product of at least two carbon nano-tube-gold nanoparticles. The chemical bond generates parallel array and/or cross array. The chemical bond of the synthesized product is based on alkane dithiol. A method for manufacturing the carbon nano-tube includes the following: the carbon nano-tube is thiolated to obtain thiolate. The synthesized product of the carbon nano-tube-gold nanoparticles is obtained by bonding the thiolate and gold-nanoparticles. The synthesized product of the carbon nano-tube-gold nanoparticles is reacted with the alkane dithiol to chemically bond the synthesized product of the carbon nano-tube-gold nanoparticles. |
