PURPOSE: A marker gene for diagnosing asthma and a kit for diagnosing asthma using the same are provided to simply and quickly diagnose asthma and to develop a diagnosis chip. CONSTITUTION: A marker composition for diagnosing asthma contains oligonucleotide or complementary oligonucleotide thereof having entire or partial gene sequence of ZFP161(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_003409), NOX5(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_024505), LMAN1(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_005570), MEPE(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_020203), MLSTD1(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_018099), TRIM37(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_015294), KNS2(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_005552) or CCT5(NCBI GenBank registration number NM_012073). A kit for diagnosing asthma contains the marker composition.
