TEST SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING A HEART-TYPE FATTY ACID-BINDING PROTEIN AND TROPONIN I (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to medicine. The test system for simultaneously determining, by immunochromatography, a heart-type fatty acid-binding protein and the protein troponin I in whole venous blood for express diagnosis of a myocardial infarction comprises an immunological plate with a substrate on which a pad with conjugates, a filter pad, a porous membrane and an absorption pad are arranged for producing a flow of liquid. A first strip of a conjugate of colloidal gold particles with monoclonal mouse antibodies specific to the heart-type protein and a second strip of a conjugate of colloidal gold particles with monoclonal mouse antibodies specific to troponin I are formed on the pad with conjugates. A competing strip, two test strips and a control strip are formed on the porous membrane. In the second and third variants of the test system, a strip of a conjugate of second monoclonal antibodies to troponin I bound to biotin is formed on the filter pad. In the third variant of the test system, the competing strip is arranged on the filter pad.
